If you live for ROAS, CTR, and CPC dashboards, this role’s for you.What You’ll Do- Strategize, plan, and execute ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.- Work on additional platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads as needed.- Optimize campaigns for the best performance — from audience targeting to budget allocation.- Collaborate with the creative team to identify which ad creatives and formats perform best.- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and ad trends.- Communicate directly with clients for campaign updates, insights, and strategy discussions.Perks- Type: Full-time (Remote)- Schedule: Flexible hours, but should be available during the day for meetings and quick updates.- Salary: ₹20,000 per month
