Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Account Manager at ExtraaEdge in Pune. The Technical Account Manager will manage software implementation and ensure customer satisfaction. The Technical Account Manager will provide exceptional customer service, offer support, and maintain effective communication with clients.


Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Proven 2-3 Years of experience in technical account management or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Hands-on experience in JSON and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and IT troubleshooting
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
