Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Manage the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with brand campaigns
Content Creation & Curation:
Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and more
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and writers to ensure high-quality visual and written content
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and online communities
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
Trendspotting & Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Experiment with new formats and strategies to keep the brand fresh and relevant
Campaign Management:
Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-4 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging copy
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social)
Creative thinking and the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences
Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
