Responsibilities


Position Title: HCM SuccessFactors Senior Consultant – Employee Central

Location: India

Role: Permanent


Description:

Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams. Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SuccessFactors’ products to customers. Ensures successful implementation of the SuccessFactors' product

Essential Functions:

  • Functions as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors product.
  • Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.
  • Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.
  • Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.
  • Completes internal tasks as assigned.
  • Assists with preparation of training materials to include teaching clients how to utilize the system.
  • Completes demonstration set ups.
  • Coach junior consultants on projects.
  • Prepares status updates, tracking time and expenses to ensure timely system implementation.
  • Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 year of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central (include Time Off) implementation At least 2 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.
  • Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.
  • Other Professional SuccessFactors module certifications will also be considered (Onboarding, Compensation, People Analytics etc.)
