The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in Foundry platform capabilities, large-scale data engineering, and solution architecture, with proven experience in leading technical teams and complex project deliveries.Must Have Skills- 5+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience- Strong experience in:- Data integration, transformation & ontology modeling- Workshop applications and Foundry APIs- Data pipeline development within Palantir- Proficiency in Python and SQL- Strong experience integrating Foundry with external systems (Snowflake, APIs, Cloud Platforms)- Excellent troubleshooting skills for ingestion, pipeline, and transformation issues- Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and architectural best practices- Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring developersMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience- 8+ years overall experience in data engineering or analytics- Strong background in enterprise-scale data solutions- Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable technical designs- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications- Experience with AWS, Azure, and Snowflake- Prior experience in enterprise data architectures and security standards- Experience leading large-scale Palantir Foundry implementations- Strong background in data validation frameworks, governance models, and workflow optimization- Certifications in cloud, data engineering, or Palantir technologies (if applicable)Responsibilities- Lead complete delivery lifecycle of Palantir Foundry solutions- (data ingestion, transformation, ontology modeling, validation, workshop development)- Collaborate with business teams to define requirements and build scalable data architectures- Build and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and Foundry transforms- Ensure seamless data exchange between Foundry and external systems (Snowflake, APIs, Cloud)- Guide and mentor junior engineers; enforce best practices and coding standards- Troubleshoot complex technical issues around ingestion, transformation, governance, and workflow failures- Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance and security requirements- Develop and maintain solution design documents, technical specs, and architecture diagrams- Drive performance optimization, maintainability, and scalability improvementsImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:- You have less than 5 years of Palantir Foundry experience- You do NOT have hands-on experience with Foundry transforms, pipelines, ontology, or workshop apps- You are not proficient in Python and SQL- You cannot mentor or lead technical teams- You are not comfortable working with enterprise data governance and integration standards✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.Irrelevant or non-matching profiles will not be considered-
