Dev Ops LeadWe are looking for a highly skilled Dev Ops Lead to drive the development, deployment, and operational excellence of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS, CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure as code (Ia C). As a Dev Ops Lead, you will mentor and guide a team of Dev Ops engineers, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and scalability of our applications.Key Responsibilities· Lead and mentor a team of Dev Ops engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.· Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other automation tools.· Manage AWS infrastructure (ECS, EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS) to ensure high availability and scalability.· Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using Terraform.· Oversee Dockerization and manage container orchestration via ECS/EKS.· Implement monitoring and logging solutions using New Relic, Player Zero, and other observability tools.· Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of React JS & Node JS-based microservices.· Enhance security and compliance by enforcing best practices in IAM, VPC, and networking.· Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.· Optimize cost and performance of cloud infrastructure while ensuring system reliability.Required Skills & Qualifications· Total experience of 8+ years of with focused experience in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering.· Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS, SQS, SNS).· Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines).· Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS).· Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) (Terraform, Cloud Formation).· Strong understanding of Linux system administration and networking.· Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Player Zero).· Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation tasks.· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.· Experience in managing access control, IAM roles, and security best practices in AWS.· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.Good to Have· Experience with Key Cloak IAM solution is highly preferred. · Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda).· Certifications: AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
