Located in Nelamangala and Yelahanka, we cater to projects in North, West, and Central Bangalore.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located across Nelamangala & Yelahanka for a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will oversee the daily operations of concrete production and quality assurance. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, supervising production staff, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products. The role also involves continuous monitoring and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.QualificationsExperience in production management and quality assuranceKnowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete production processesExpertise in Specialty Concretes like Porous, Coloured, Self Compacting, Lightweight Concrete, etcStrong understanding of safety and quality standardsAbility to manage and supervise a team effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work on-site in NelamangalaBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred
