H&P Inc. acquired KCA Deutag and its service lines in 2025 & we are creating an organization with an enhanced global footprint, exceptional service capability, and superior technology offering.Job Summary:We are currently establishing a Global ERP team dedicated to the implementation, support, and ongoing maintenance of our Oracle systems. As part of this initiative, we are seeking someone with:5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Tosca automation.Strong expertise in Tosca Modules, Test Cases, Execution Lists, Test Configurations, and Test Data Management.Hands-on Experience in testing ERP systems Oracle Fusion and SAP S/4HANA or Salesforce is a plus.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and defect management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or ServiceNow.Solid understanding of QA methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
