Project Architect/ Senior Project Architect

As a Project Architect - Planning & Design you will be responsible to head projects from day zero to the handover, this is a full-time role at Poetry Designs in Bengaluru. The Project Architect will be responsible for submittals, architecture, project management, Leadership in Design Co-ordination, and overall project success.
Experience in Architectural floor planning and designing carving out unique living spaces using Auto CAD
~ Experience in residential villa planning, construction and interiors preferred
~ 3D modeling using Google SketchUP or similar tools
~ Plan efficient project management
~ Oversee the execution and delivery of the project
~ Proficiency in creative and critical thinking
~ Demonstrated experience in client servicing and client handling
~ Strong Leadership skills and ability to manage projects effectively
~ Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience 2-3 years related experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUP, V-ray, Enscape etc.
Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
Exposure towards AI design & planning tools is a plus
