Objective: Sr Architect to check and ensure correct and complete information in good for construction drawings prepared by the design team.

Requirement:

Senior Architect with 4+ years of experience in construction drawing with the following skills:

a. Knowledge of technical architectural drawings. Ability to understand site requirements, sequencing of drawings and vendor shop drawings. Ability to do red-line-check on drawings, ensure high-quality drawings with complete coordinated information. Ability to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP and other specialized design drawings with architectural drawings. Should have good construction site exposure, so is aware of information required in construction drawings.

This is a knowledge-sharing and construction drawing-making-checking role based out of the design studio. Proficiency in CAD is necessary.
