We are proud to be an Ascend Partner Firm, one of the top CPA firms in the U.As a full-time audit professional, you would be the main point of contact from Sentient for the tasks assigned by the client/ engagement teams and be responsible for the timeliness and quality of deliverables along with managing day-to-day operations of those client/ engagements. You will also involved in various engagement types , including Reviews, Audits, and Compilations , ensuring thorough and compliant execution of each engagement. Perform engagement and deliver high-quality work as per the audit methodology and in line with the client/ engagement team expectations. Demonstrate a strong understanding of aligned client/ engagement and audit methodology while performing various procedures, along with knowledge of audit tools to make execution more efficient and meaningful. Proactively discuss workflow management with the client/ engagement team and monitoring performance against standards. Motivate team members, identify and foster key talents. Graduation or Post Graduation ~1+ years of relevant work experience in US Audits -EBP ~ Deep knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) ~ Proficiency in using various audit tools and applications Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills Project management, coaching, counselling and Ability to spread positive work culture, teaming and live Firm values
