Role Description This full-time Project Manager role is a crucial position for overseeing civil and interiors projects, with a basic understanding of MEP requirements, primarily in workplace interior settings. Based onsite in Hyderabad, the Project Manager will lead project delivery from planning through execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring quality control, and addressing project-specific requirements to meet client expectations. Qualifications Strong Project Management and Construction Management skills to oversee end-to-end project execution. 7-9 years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred) Proficiency in Budgeting and managing costs, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Expertise in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure development to deliver high-quality workplace interiors. Ability to assess and integrate basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems into project planning and execution. Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
