About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support a Transition Service Agreement (TSA) and organizational separation program. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success managing procurement processes during carve-outs, divestitures, business integrations, or restructuring initiatives. This role will support smooth operational transition, ensure continuity of supply, assess contractual impacts, and help define long-term category strategies for the post-separation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTSA & Separation Management- Support procurement transition activities aligned to TSA timelines and scope.- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Business Units) to ensure continuity of vendor relationships during separation.- Track, monitor, and drive TSA deliverables, milestone adherence, and reporting requirements.- Evaluate existing contracts for separation impact, ownership
