Job Description: Java - Spring and Flutter Developer (3-5 Years Experience)
Position Title: Java - Spring and Flutter Developer

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, coupled with hands-on expertise in Flutter for mobile application development. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and high-quality mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development:
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Understand and Optimize backend architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate third-party APIs and services into backend systems.
Understanding and implementation of Service Oriented Architecture.
Implement robust security measures, including authentication and authorization.
Develop database schemas, queries, and optimize database performance (SQL/No SQL).
Mobile Development:
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Implement secure RESTful API integrations in mobile applications with backend systems.
Handle state management, animations, and platform-specific customizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Java & Spring Boot: Proficient in developing backend applications with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Spring Security.
Flutter: Hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Dart and Flutter framework.
Databases: Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL) and No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB).
RESTful APIs: Experience in designing and consuming APIs, understanding of JSON and data serialization.
Version Control: Proficient in Git and code collaboration tools (e.g., Git Hub, Bitbucket).
Plus Technical Skills:
Experience with Dev Ops tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of testing frameworks for Java (JUnit) and Flutter (widget/unit tests).
Prior experience working on microservices-based architecture.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
