Apeiro is bringing healthcare into the digital age with state-of-the-art platforms, while creating an integrated, interoperable ecosystem for all healthcare stakeholders.Position OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven Product Manager with strong analytical skills and healthcare domain expertise to drive product strategy for our claims processing platform. This role requires the ability to understand the RCM space, analyse complex healthcare data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmap:Define and execute product roadmap across RCM domain including claims processing, provider management, and member servicesAnalyze healthcare claims data to identify refinement/optimization opportunities and user pain pointsCollaborate with clinical teams to understand healthcare workflows and regulatory requirementsDrive product decisions based on data analysis, user feedback, and business impactData Analysis & Insights:Write complex SQL queries to analyze claims patterns, processing times, and error ratesCreate dashboards and reports for stakeholders on key product metrics and KPIsConduct deep-dive analysis on claims adjudication accuracy, provider network utilization, and member experienceIdentify data quality issues and work with engineering teams on resolution strategiesStakeholder Management:Partner with clinical operations, finance, and compliance teams to understand business requirementsCollaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive interfaces for complex healthcare workflowsWork closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and acceptance criteriaPresent product insights and recommendations to executive leadershipDomain and Behavioural:Understand claim workflows and critical domains like rules management, eligibility and claims orchestrationAnalyse competitive landscape, available tools and industry best practicesExperience with healthcare claims processing, medical coding, or payer operationsStrong ownership and accountability drive combined with ability to roll sleeves up and get work doneRequired Qualifications2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare RCM domainSQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets and complex data relationshipsExperience with analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) and A/B testing methodologies will be an advantageStrong communication skills and ability to present insights to diverse audiencesGood to have (but not mandatory)Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), healthcare data standards and interoperability (HL7, FHIR)Experience with machine learning applications in healthcare or claims processingMBA or advanced degree in healthcare administration, data science, or related field
