Preparing a strait-laced budget for the wedding in the most efficient manner. Suggesting locations, decoration, photographers, caterers etc. As an ideal candidate, you should be obtaining quotes from vendors and maintaining a good relationship with them Identifying clients needs & requirements and proposing suitable solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of Betterhalf & the services we provide. Staying up to date with innovative trends in the wedding industry Achieving sales targets Ensuring customer satisfaction Build & maintain strong client & business relationships Expectations from you: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, design or related field. 5+ years experience in Wedding planning, execution, client handling and Sales. Strong understanding of various cultures and their wedding customs. Proven track of successful wedding planning or event management projects. Customer obsession & excellent customer-service skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good problem-solving abilities in stressful situations. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
