Job Location: Noida, India

Work Model: Traditional

Summary:

We are looking for a Data Scientist to analyze raw information, find patterns and build

data products which will assist in business decision making. In this role, you should be highly

analytical with an inclination towards math and statistics. Critical thinking and problem-solving

skills are essential for interpreting data. We also want to see a passion for software development

and machine-learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
  • Perform pre-processing of structured and unstructured data.
  • Analyse pre-processed data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Combine models through ensemble modelling.
  • Present information using data visualization techniques.
  • Propose solution and strategies to business challenges.
  • Collaborate with various engineering, marketing, supply-chain teams.

Role requirements, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, with experience in data mining.
  • Strong math skills (e.g., Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus)
  • Analytical mind and business acumen. Strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Sound knowledge and software development experience in Python, SQL.
  • Familiarity with R, Java or C++ would be an added advantage.
  • Experience in using advanced machine learning algorithms and models.
  • Modelling skills - Use adequate modelling techniques to produce relevant models.
  • Evaluation skills - Assess quality and robustness of models to meet business objectives.
  • Deployment skills - Deploy models and share results with stakeholders.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and data privacy concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in one of the following courses: Engineering (all branches), Statistics or Mathematics.
