If you're passionate about developing innovative AI solutions, we'd love to have you on board.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Optimize AI Models : Build and enhanceGenerative AImodels (e.g.,LLMs ,GANs ) andAgentic AIsystems for autonomous task execution and decision-making.MLOps Implementation : Design, implement, and manageMLOpspipelines to deploy, monitor, and scale AI models in production environments.RAG Integration : ImplementRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)to improve AI model performance by leveraging real-time data.LangChain Development : UseLangChainto create scalable, robustNLPsolutions with large language models.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and mentor junior developers.Research and Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and apply new advancements to projects.Key Requirements:Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience inAI/ML development , with experience inGenerative AIandAgentic AI .Programming : Strong proficiency inPythonand experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g.,LangChain, TensorFlow ,PyTorch ,Hugging Face ).MLOps : Practical experience in model deployment, monitoring, and scaling, with a solid understanding ofCI/CDpractices for AI.RAG : Familiarity withRetrieval-Augmented Generationto enhance AI models by integrating external data sources.Cloud : Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.,AWS ,GCP ,Azure ) for AI model deployment.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced Degree : Master’s or Ph.D. inComputer Science ,AI , or a related field.Research : Publications inGenerative AIorAgentic AIare a plus.
