This is a high-visibility, cross-entity role responsible for building and managing strategic relationships, ensuring smooth agreement processing, and supporting the growth of our partner ecosystem. Partnerships & Alliances Management * Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and relationship management * Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and closure of client agreements and partner contracts * Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards in all agreements - Program Management (PMO) * Support group-level strategic initiatives related to alliances and partnerships 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, client relations, or PMO roles * Exposure to recruitment, HR tech, SaaS, or talent advisory industries preferred * Strong understanding of contracting, stakeholder management, and strategic partnerships * Excellent communication, negotiation, and program management skills * MBA (preferred) or equivalent qualification Opportunity to build and scale the partner ecosystem of a multi-vertical talent-tech platform - Gyanesh Kumar – Co-Founder ISB (PGPMAX) & IIM Ahmedabad alumnus | 20+ years in tech, talent & consulting Hema Gupta – Co-Founder 17+ years in executive search, specialist in industrial and infra Satyajit Iyer – Senior Partner 25+ years in global HR leadership (Capgemini, RIL, Coca-Cola)
