Role: O365/ Exchange Admin Location: Bangalore/Kolkata Experience Range: 5 - 7 Years Educational Qualification : 15 Years of Full Time Education Job Description: Must-Have Relevant experience of 4-5 years in core technologies such as Exchange/AD/Web Troubleshooting and Configuration of O365, Exchange and Active Directory In depth understanding of Mailbox object concepts in different exchange versions. Concept of high availability. Knowledge on various exchange migrations. Knowledge on Onprem Exchange Server rules. In-depth knowledge on Exchange Online User Management. Group Policy concepts. troubleshooting skills in AD Permissions issues. Good knowledge in Internet Information Service Understanding of Websites/application deployment. Configure and manage application pools Create additional web sites Manage certificates in the Centralized Certificate Store Good troubleshooting skills in IIS and excellent analytical skills. Good-to-Have Good knowledge in O365/Exchange2016/2013 Good understanding of AD concepts. In-depth Understanding of various AD objects and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills and be able to work with several teams on assigned projects both regional and global. Strong knowledge in ITIL delivery model and basic ideas in Agile. Understanding of Web.config and configuration files.
