Team Lease Ed Tech provides a modular multi-modal classroom model of learning that works across multiple classrooms - Online, Onsite, On-Job, and Virtual to provide a seamless learning experience to the learner.
TL Edtech has an exclusive partnership with 40 of India’s largest Universities across 16 Indian states, trains 3.5 Lakh students on its platform through 9 Indian languages, works with 4500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives, and manages over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.
Role: SE/SSE – Laravel Relevant Experience: 2-7 Years Overview: We are currently involved in a government project, and we prioritize security compliance and robust architecture design.
Our work encompasses solutions in the Edutech domain and CRM, requiring a meticulous approach to logic, architecture, and data security.
We are seeking a skilled Sr.
Laravel Developer to join our team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Laravel development, extensive experience with My SQL and Mongo DB, and proficiency in REST API development.
Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate expertise in implementing two-way security measures for data encryption and decryption.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust, secure, and scalable Laravel-based applications.
Design and implement RESTful APIs ensuring high performance and security compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical.
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.
Implement and maintain data encryption/decryption mechanisms for sensitive information.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and security standards.
Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in web development technologies.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Laravel Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, My SQL, Mongo DB, CURL, Memcached, and GIT.
In-depth understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
Experience in implementing two-way security measures for data encryption and decryption.
Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience in the Edutech domain or CRM solutions is preferred.
Prior experience in agile development methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with government project requirements and security compliance standards is a plus.
