Let's discover together.Know more about us by visiting the company’s website:Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.- Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop effective strategies accordingly.- Calculate and process employees' payroll, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.- Monitor and manage staff holidays and leave requests to ensure accurate records of available time off.- Support the performance management process, assisting in tracking and documenting employee performance.- Maintain accurate documentation of employee records, including personal information and employment history.- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.Qualifications Required:- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, Admin or related roles (preferred in an edtech company).- Strong track record in recruitment.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent time management and organisational skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.- A basic understanding of accounting principles may be beneficial.- Proactive approach to work, taking the initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas.Anyway, if all this sounds like your cup of tea, then Do APPLYWe look forward to hearing from you
