The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives. You will work across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, collaborating with content, design, and product teams to scale NoBroker’s online visibility.Key Responsibilities● Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies to grow organic traffic.● Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SEO audits.● Optimize website architecture, metadata, content, and internal linking for higher rankings.● Manage and execute link-building and outreach campaigns.● Collaborate with developers to fix technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema, etc.).● Track and measure performance using Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.● Regularly monitor SERP trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.● Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.● Contribute to long-term SEO roadmap for NoBroker’s product and content ecosystem.Requirements :● 2-5 years of SEO experience in a digital-first company or agency.● Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.● Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.● Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.).● Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.● Ability to handle multiple projects with ownership and accountability.Good to Have● Experience in large-scale websites.● Experience in legal SEO is good to have.● Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and international SEO.● Prior experience managing SEO teams or freelancers.What We Offer :● Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses.● Opportunity to work in a high-growth unicorn startup.● Fast career progression with exposure to cutting-edge SEO strategies.● Collaborative, young, and innovative work culture.-
