The ideal candidate will design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports that support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports . Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Create data models , measures , and DAX calculations to support analysis. Optimize Power BI datasets and reports for performance and scalability . Manage Power BI Service workspaces , refresh schedules, and access controls. Ensure data accuracy and adherence to best practices in visualization and governance. Technical Skills Required: 6–7 years of experience in Power BI development . Expertise in DAX , Power Query (M) , and data modeling . Proficient in SQL for writing and optimizing queries. Hands-on with data sources such as SQL Server, Azure, SharePoint, Excel, APIs . Good understanding of ETL concepts , data warehousing , and report optimization . Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) and Power BI Gateway configuration . Note: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference. 2️⃣ MSBI + Power BI Developer Position: MSBI / Power BI Developer Experience: 6–7 years Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune Work Mode: Working from Office (5 days a week) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred Job Description: We are seeking skilled MSBI/Power BI Developers with solid experience across the Microsoft BI Stack and Power BI. The candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining complete BI solutions to support data-driven business insights. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement ETL workflows using SSIS for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards . Create and optimize OLAP cubes and tabular models using SSAS . Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into BI solutions. Perform data validation , performance tuning , and ensure process optimization . Integrate MSBI components with Power BI for unified reporting and analytics. Technical Skills Required: 6–7 years of experience in Microsoft BI development . Proficiency in SSIS , SSRS , and SSAS (approx. 50% focus). Hands-on experience with Power BI (approx. 30% focus). Strong SQL and data modeling expertise. Good understanding of data warehousing and ETL design principles . Exposure to Azure Data Services or cloud-based BI environments (preferred). Note: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice period will be prioritized.
