Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities across India, fostering long-term, impactful relationships.

- Drive initiatives that align academic talent with organizational goals, ensuring a continuous pipeline of skilled professionals.

- Collaborate with universities to create joint programs, certifications, and other collaborative educational offerings.

- Lead projects, research, and talent development programs working closely with academic partners to promote innovation and knowledge exchange.

- Serve as a link between academia and industry, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth.

- Organize workshops, seminars, and events to strengthen relationships and engage with university stakeholders.

- Analyze data and provide reports on partnership effectiveness, tracking the progress and impact of collaborations.

Skills & Experience:

- 9+ years of proven experience in relationship management and networking skills, with a strong track record in academic collaboration.

- A strategic thinker with experience in business development, partnerships, or academia-industry relations.

- Excellent communication and project management abilities, capable of leading initiatives from concept to execution.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, universities, and industry partners to deliver impactful results.

- Strong data analysis skills for measuring and reporting on the success of partnerships and initiatives.
