Our mission is to decrease the challenges faced and enhance the lives of individuals with ASD and

children with various challenges and their families by providing one-to-one instruction, education,

training, guidance, and resources.


The role:

We are looking for 2 (TWO) qualified Occupational Psychologist with 2+ years of experience working with

children on the spectrum.


Responsibilities:

● Primary work would be conducting one-on-one occupational therapy sessions for children;

● Conduct comprehensive assessments to assess clients' physical, cognitive, and sensory

abilities and needs;

● Develop individualised care plans based on the assessment findings and in consultation with

the child’s parents;

● Implement sensory integration therapy, motor skills development and cognitive-behavioral

techniques etc;

● Work in tandem with other professionals from other specialities to develop effective programs;

● Establish understanding, expectations, and goals for parents;

● On an ongoing basis, keep up-to-date with professional knowledge and skill upgradation by

reviewing publications, recent therapy skills and undergoing certifications;

● Provide caregiver consultation as needed and meet with parents/caregivers;

● Design and maintain accurate and detailed records of child’s progress data evaluations and

treatment plans;

● Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents/caregivers;

● Attend and participate in team meetings and staff meetings.


Requirements:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised university;

● 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a multi-disciplinary setting;

● Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques, strong communication skills in

English and the local language, and the ability to work in diverse settings;

● Comfort working with kids on the spectrum;

● Someone who can work on-site 5.5 days a week;
