Placement & Training Coordinator

Department: Training & Placement Cell
Reports To: Head – Training & Placement / Dean (as applicable)
Brainware University is seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students and faculty. The candidate should be smart, proactive, and capable of training students for placements, as well as coordinating with various departments to facilitate sessions, workshops, and internships.
Collaborate with faculty and departments to plan and schedule training sessions, guest lectures, and industry interactions.
Coordinate internship programs by liaising with industry partners and academic departments.
Assist in building and maintaining strong industry relationships for student placement opportunities.
Maintain proper documentation and reports of training activities, sessions, and placement statistics.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Management, HR, Training & Development, or related field.
Prior experience in student training, placement coordination, or corporate communication preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication and organizational skills may also apply.
