Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive - Digital Media (Generating Leads/Sales via META and Google Ads )
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our Digital Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive sales and lead generation. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and a strategic mindset to achieve key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns and channels to maximize return on investment.
Provide regular reporting on budget utilization and campaign performance.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
Identify and define target audiences through market research and segmentation analysis.
Implement personalized and targeted messaging to specific customer segments to enhance campaign relevance and effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
Stay up-to-date of Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the digital marketing landscape.
Implement innovative and effective strategies based on industry best practices.
Qualifications :
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving key performance indicators.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of SEM principles.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads manager
Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms.
