Notice Period : Looking for candidate who can join us in 30-60 days

Responsibilities

  • Provide routine and ad-hoc financial analysis for the CFO; thereby lead the FP&A function for both Global Delivery and Domestic Operations
  • Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting compliant with local regulations and corporate policies
  • Manage billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • Supervise AR operations, ensuring timely collections and resolution of disputes
  • Oversee AP processes, including vendor payments and expense management, implement controls to optimize AP efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor collections activities and drive strategies to reduce outstanding AR balances and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Lead system integration initiatives related to finance systems, ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and local statutory requirements
  • Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making and drive initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency Responsibilities
  • Strengthen internal controls framework and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed to manage payroll, and benefits
  • Oversee all audit and internal control operations
  • Performs client contract review and maintains an understanding of all current client contracts and MSAs
  • Performs vendor contract review
  • Assists the CFO and Controller to complete month-end activities
  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to executive management and stakeholders
  • Identifies process improvement opportunities and works with the shared services finance team and external developers to make system improvements and reporting automation
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the finance function


Education:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. MBA or CPA preferred


Experience

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles preferably within a GCC or multinational environment.
  • Strong background in FP&A, accounting, and financial reporting
  • Experience with ERP systems and large-scale system integrations
  • Proficient in MS Excel, familiarity with Google Suite desired
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required
  • Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating, and agency profitability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
  • A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
