We are committed to providing world-class therapy services to children with special needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role located in Kozhikode, India. The Occupational Therapist will assess and provide therapeutic interventions to children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. Responsibilities include planning and implementing individualized therapy programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and engaging with parents to ensure holistic care. The role also involves developing strategies to enhance children’s motor, cognitive, and social skills.QualificationsExpertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation with a focus on children with special needsUnderstanding of Pediatrics and related medical knowledgeEffective Communication skills to collaborate with parents and interdisciplinary teamsAbility to create individualized plans for therapy and contribute to positive outcomesRelevant certification or degree in Occupational Therapy or a related fieldPrior experience in pediatric therapy or working with children with special needs is advantageousCompassion, patience, and adaptability to provide the best care for children
