This role focuses on sales coordination, documentation, logistics support, and after-sales service to ensure seamless business transactions with international clients & Team.Key Responsibilities:· Coordinate with international clients, regional managers, and internal departments to support the complete Business Development & sales cycle.· Prepare and manage export documentation such as Quotation Sheet, Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and LC documentation etc.· Track and update shipment status and communicate proactively with clients regarding delivery schedules.· Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and reports.· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.· Assist in order processing, from quotation to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.· Coordinate with the finance team for
