We are seeking a talented and passionate Unity 3D Game Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating immersive gaming experiences by developing and optimizing gameplay mechanics, features, and assets using Unity. As a Unity 3D developer, you will collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring high performance, quality, and scalability in our projects. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to brainstorm and refine game ideas and specifications.

• Develop and manage efficient development strategies and pipelines.

• Translate creative design concepts into engaging and functional gameplay mechanics.

• Write, maintain, and optimize robust, reusable game code.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.

• Test and ensure the quality of game functionality and seamless integration of theme dynamics.

• Design and implement game patches, updates, and performance enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of vector mathematics.

• Expertise in C# object-oriented programming and scripting.

• Solid knowledge of design patterns and data structures.

• Proficiency in handling game assets, including asset bundles, meshes, animations, materials, and textures.

• Experience with Unity's built-in tools, such as Addressables, Entities, and Remote Config, as well as third-party packages and plugins.

• Skilled in profiling and optimizing game performance for GPU and CPU.

• In-depth knowledge of performance optimization, including asset management, draw calls, batching, and memory usage.

• Proven experience in developing mobile applications for cross-platform deployment (iOS, Android, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with physics-based game projects.

• Familiarity with the UX design process and collaboration with UX/UI teams.

• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with real-time multiplayer networking.

• Proficiency in multi-threaded programming and Unity's job system.

• Knowledge of GUI design, shaders, lighting, and rendering optimization.
