The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing overall HR activities. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, conducting performance evaluations, creating recruitment plans, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.QualificationsStrong and firm motivatorExperience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)Proficiency in HR Operations and developing HR PoliciesStrong skills in Employee RelationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plusKnowledge of and compliance with labor laws and regulations
