We’re looking for the best technologists, inventors and leaders in India to join us on this exciting new journey.If you’reexcited by the prospect of creating somethingmagical from scratch,then read on.What the role is all about:As Lead BA, you will be responsible for defining and documenting detailedrequirements with product management, ensuring they are well understood by delivery teams, and providing regular analysis and support of our growing system and product footprint.You will play a key role in the solutiondesign and deliveryof products and services in a collaborative team environment using agile methods. The role requires excellentcommunication and collaborative involvement through all stagesof product development – from concept, design and requirements through inception, specification, development, testing, release and retirement.While no two days are likelyto be the same, your typical responsibilities will include:Understanding complexbusiness landscapes and clearly articulating business needs from a varied group of stakeholdersExtensive requirements gathering from product managers, analysts, tech leads and other business stakeholders and translating business needs into system or product requirements with clear,concise and testableuser stories & process flows to ensure use cases are met.Collaborate with the development team to test features and implement shift-left testing practices, ensuring early and frequent testingthroughout the development lifecycle.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complexbusiness needs and translate them into requirements and data specifications for technical solutionsEnsuring these requirements are well understood by delivery teams through story kick offs and constant communication.Analyzing business processes, workflows and user journeys using techniques such as process n maps, value stream maps and story boards.Identifying and communicating any requirement dependencies, issues or risks identified through the analysis process.Work closely with the Engineering manager to run agile scrum ceremonies and produce agile artefacts.Contributing to the team’sunderstanding and prioritisation during sprint planning meetingsParticipating in estimation sessionsby describing the requirements and clarifying any questions raisedWorking closely with other squads across consumer and customer groups,and the wider business to shape the direction of the complete solution architecture.Using your analytical skills to support the team’s activities including legacy migration activity, service delivery and system & customer production issuesWho we’re looking for:Lead BA with 5-8 years of experience, with the ability to understand complex business landscapes and clearlyarticulate business needs from a varied group of stakeholdersExtensive requirements elicitation experience, gathering requirements from product managers, analysts, tech leads and other business stakeholders and translating business needs into system or productrequirements with clear,concise and testable user stories & process flowsStrong collaboration skills, and the ability to work with varied stakeholders across technical, product and commercial domainsAbility to collaborate with the development team to test features and implement shift-left testing practices, ensuring early and frequent testing throughout the development lifecycle.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complexbusiness needs and translate them into requirements and data specifications for technical solutionsGreat communication, ensuring requirements are well understood by delivery teams through story kick offs and constant communication.Bonus points for:SQL, RESTFulAPI Design, GraphQWhat we offer:A hybrid and flexible approachto working.Transport optionsto help you get to and from work, includinghome pick-up and drop-off.Meals provided on site in our office.Flexible leave options including parental leave, family care leave and celebration leave.Insurances for you and your immediatefamily members.Programs to supportmental, emotional, financial and physical health& wellbeing.Continuous learning and development opportunities to further your technical expertise.The values we live by:Our values are at the core of how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions.
