We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Automation Specialist to join our Business Process Automation department within the CJ organisation. The Senior Automation Specialist will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation. Lead Automation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget. Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts. Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Identify and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, solutions, and system configurations. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies. Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Nice to have a Java (basic level). Experienced in technical scoping & project/scrum management. Skilled at team mentorship and coaching, and supporting on technical delivery across projects. Certifications: Relevant certifications in automation or related fields are a plus. Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
