Role Summary: Digital Content Presenter
As a Digital Content Presenter, you will be the face and voice of our brand on platforms like YouTube and Instagram, engaging with audiences through captivating and relatable content. In this role, you’ll bring our brand’s mission and values to life by presenting videos, sharing insights, and creating meaningful interactions with our followers. You'll collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and present high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and builds a loyal community around our brand.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is measured by the growth in audience engagement, follower count, and positive brand perception across our social media channels. You’ll know you’re succeeding when your content generates conversations, inspires your audience, and consistently meets or exceeds key performance metrics, such as views, likes, shares, and comments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to connect with the audience authentically.

This role is critical in establishing and strengthening our brand presence on social media. As the Digital Content Presenter, you will play a key role in our content strategy, working closely with the social media, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Responsibilities
- Develop and present engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels that align with our brand voice and goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, script, and plan content that resonates with our target audience.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, and messages, and participating in live events or Q&A sessions to foster a positive community.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices for digital content presentation on social media platforms.
- Analyze audience engagement data and use insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and relevance of the content.
- Represent the brand authentically, helping to build a loyal following by sharing insights, stories, and information that align with our company values.
Qualifications
- Skills : Strong on-camera presence, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage authentically with a diverse audience.
- Experience : Prior experience in content creation, social media, video production, or similar roles is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with video recording equipment, editing software, and social media platforms (especially YouTube and Instagram).
- Creative mindse t: Ability to develop original content ideas that appeal to our target audience.
- Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and audience needs as they evolve.
- Analytical Skills : Basic understanding of social media analytics and how to use data to drive content improvement.
