Job Description: SAP EWM Warehouse Operations Specialist

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: 5+ Years

We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP EWM and warehouse management functions to optimize end-to-end warehouse operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy applications that drive operational efficiency and integrate cutting-edge technologies like RFID and RF devices .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Operations: Manage pre-receiving processes in SAP EWM, optimizing the flow of goods from suppliers and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
  • Receiving & Quality Assurance: Oversee goods receipt operations, leveraging SAP EWM functionality to ensure accurate tracking, and perform quality assurance checks to maintain compliance and product quality.
  • Put Away & Storage Optimization: Utilize SAP EWM for efficient product put away , ensuring accurate storage in optimal warehouse locations for improved inventory control.
  • Waving & Packing: Use SAP EWM's waving functionality to assign picking tasks and manage packing processes to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Shipping: Manage shipping activities in SAP EWM, ensuring seamless execution of orders with real-time tracking and on-time delivery.
  • SAP EWM Integration: Integrate RF devices , RFID , and third-party systems with SAP EWM to enhance real-time data accuracy, improve order visibility, and streamline warehouse operations.
  • Collaboration & Application Development: Work closely with development and IT teams to design, enhance, and deploy SAP EWM applications, integrations, and custom solutions to address evolving business needs.

What You Bring:

  • Strong domain expertise in SAP EWM and Warehouse Management processes, from inbound to outbound operations.
  • Hands-on experience with RFID , RF devices , and third-party system integration with SAP EWM .
  • A deep understanding of SAP EWM functions, including quality assurance , put away , waving , and packing .
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in the planning, design, development , and deployment of SAP EWM applications and enhancements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues related to SAP EWM interfaces and system integration for optimal warehouse performance.
