Location : Jalahalli,Bangalore Contact : Level/SkillJob DescriptionShould have good knowledge on Process and Product in sheet Metal fabrication industryUnderstand the drawings and processVerify/Validate the RFQ package received from customersArrange clarifications from Customers if any and get quotes within customer expected dates.Review the quotes with CAM and provide necessary inputs to secure orders and for areas of improvement in the pricing.Follow up with customers for P.O and schedules, Release Sale order to SCM/NPD teamContract review of orders at development and production stage.Interaction with all plant SCM/NPD teams to get delivery dates and monitor adherence to the same.Timely response to customer queries and support during inspection and audits.Preparation of documents and reports in SAP and related soft toolsPayment follow up and ensure no receivable falls to overdue categoryDocumentation and data control of all transactionsPreparation of sales reports for review with CAM and ManagementAchievement of sales target set by the management and for reporting CAMRM price tracker and price rollup for major and ongoing projectsGood time-management skillsShould have good Knowledge in Customer Audit , Internal Audit , Supplier Audit.Software skillsKnowledge on Word/Excel / Power point/ SAP
