Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Perungudi, Chennai (Office-based role) Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are looking for two motivated Project Coordinator Interns to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing projects, interacting with clients, and working closely with our project teams. Upon completion of the internship, you will be entrusted with taking over a project and playing a key role in its success. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating various project activities and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns. Support in tracking project progress and ensuring alignment with project goals. Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and project management methods quickly. Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients. Work well under pressure and help drive the project to meet tight deadlines. Key Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients. Ability to stay calm, focused, and productive under pressure. Eagerness to learn new skills, processes, and tools, even when the challenge is steep. A collaborative mindset and ability to maintain positive relationships with both clients and team members. Basic knowledge or a strong interest in project management. Certification related to project management is a plus. Ideal Candidate: Is comfortable in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrates emotional intelligence and is mindful of team dynamics and client needs.
