Finance Administrator – Jaipur | Ideal Coffee MachinesLocation: Jaipur, RajasthanEmployment Type: Full-time | On-siteExperience: 2–5 yearsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to manage the daily financial and operational backbone of our growing organization.From tracking transactions to ensuring smooth dispatch coordination, this role is central to keeping our numbers, inventory, and documentation aligned with Ideal’s quality and efficiency standards.Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily financial transactions — record, verify, and reconcile all incoming and outgoing payments.- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Tax Invoices, and Delivery Challans in accordance with company policies and GST norms.- Maintain inventory records for machines, accessories, and spare parts; coordinate with the warehouse and service departments for stock updates.- Track and reconcile dispatches and deliveries, ensuring accurate billing and documentation.- Manage vendor and client ledgers, follow up for outstanding payments, and update the finance tracker regularly.- Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for smooth processing of orders from PI to final dispatch.- Support in monthly closing, petty cash handling, and
