About the Role We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in analytics, hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Power BI, and a good understanding of cloud platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, automate data pipelines, and support model development. EX- 2+ years of hands-on analytics experience Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports. Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Build data pipelines and perform data cleaning/preprocessing using Python . Support machine learning model development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into analytical solutions. Work with engineering teams on cloud deployments (AWS/Azure preferred). Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation of all analytics processes. Must-Have Skills Strong hold on Python (Pandas, Num Py, basic ML libraries). Excellent understanding of SQL and relational databases. Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling). Ability to understand business KPIs and convert them into dashboards. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. B. Tech/B. E degree (mandatory). Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, Azure Data Factory, etc.). Knowledge of data engineering basics (ETL, APIs, automation). Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Scikit-learn pipelines). Understanding of version control using Git. Preferred Candidate Profile 2+ years of hands-on analytics experience OR MBA with at least one internship in data science/analytics Shows strong ownership, curiosity, and eagerness to learn new technologies. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
