We are seeking talented Video Editor skilled in crafting engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and Facebook Shorts. The ideal candidate excels in storytelling, technical editing, and creating content that captures and retains audience attention.
Responsibilities: Edit high-quality short-form videos using techniques like J-cuts, jump cuts, match cuts, and keyframing.
Source relevant clips, stock footage, and audio from online resources.
Collaborate on scripts, ensuring smooth flow and emotional resonance.
Create captivating hooks to grab attention within the first 3 seconds.
Adapt content to fit platform-specific trends and audience preferences.
Requirements: Proven experience in short-form video editing (portfolio required).
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Da Vinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus.
Strong storytelling and emotional engagement skills.
Expertise in sourcing and legally using clips, stock footage, and music.
Preferred: Experience growing a social media channel to over 10 K followers/subscribers.
