Tech in relevant field with over 10 years of experience in livelihood or social sector.- Proficiency in data management, quantitative and qualitative analysis.- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).- Familiarity with survey platforms and data analysis software is often beneficial.- Knowledge of MEL frameworks such as log frames, results frameworks, and theory of change.- Experience in the development sector, particularly with livelihood programs, agriculture, or relevant community-based initiatives.- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.- Ability to build capacity and mentor teams on data-related tasks.Scope of Work- Develop and refine Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks and systems to align with objective of projects in north eastern states.- Design data collection methodologies, tools, and data management systems to capture project activities and results.- Integrate MEL into the entire project lifecycle, from design to evaluation and learning.- Ensure the quality, integrity, completeness, and recency of data collected through various sources.- Implement robust data pipelines and processes for data cleaning, management, and storage.- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, measure impact, and derive actionable insights.- Produce performance reports, impact assessments, and narrative summaries for program staff, management, and external stakeholders.- Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to visualize key performance indicators.- Provide technical support for database development, data
