Aquis Search has partnerd with a fast-growing global organisation in their search for a Senior Manager – Finance Assurance in Chennai to strengthen their finance governance, controls, and compliance framework. This role leads financial assurance, overseeing accounting accuracy, statutory compliance, risk assessment, guideline formulation, and process improvements. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership while managing financial controls across multiple stakeholders. Drive reliability and integrity of financial information. Frame and implement finance assurance guidelines. Ensure clearing accounts are fully reconciled. Review draft audited financial statements. Risk & Compliance Identify risks and non-compliance across finance processes. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, tax compliance, and internal policies. Draft/modify group policies and conduct training across teams. Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation across finance operations. Support system enhancements and transformation projects. Training & Stakeholder Management Present financial risks, insights, and performance updates to senior leadership. Support evaluation and capability development of finance teams. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accountancy, or related fields. ~18+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or compliance. ~ Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT). ~ Strong understanding of financial regulations and statutory requirements. ~ Professional certifications like CPA/CMA are an added advantage. com for a confidential chat.
