Title: AVP – TreasuryLocation: DelhiAbout the RoleSupport the Head of Treasury in managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow/liability management.Key ResponsibilitiesFund raising & relationship management (Banks, FIs)Credit rating surveillance & compliance reportingDebt servicing & liability managementCash flow planning & audit coordinationBuild & manage relationships with PSU and private banksPrepare loan applications, CMA data, and documentation for disbursementsCoordinate with Legal & Compliance for transaction vettingDrive fund raising and speed up debt raising processHandle credit rating surveillance with multiple agenciesArrange management calls, negotiate rating fee structuresOversee stock audits and charge creation/modification with MCAManage post-disbursement compliances and due diligence reportsEnsure timely submission of RBI, NHB & other regulatory returnsManage liability dashboard, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/FDsSupport CFO in cash flow management and cost of borrowing analysisRequirementsCA / Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance preferred)7-12 years’ experience in fund raising for NBFCs/HFCsStrong skills in negotiation, relationship management & problem-solvingFamiliarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, IND AS & IGAAPKnowledge of NHB refinancing is an advantage
