About Us
Goodspace AI is a fast-growing HRTech company transforming how businesses hire and manage talent. We are looking for a B2B Sales Associate with proven HRTech sales experience to drive growth and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive B2B sales for our AI Recruitment Platform by reaching out to HRs, CHROs, and key decision-makers.
● Lead end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
● Deliver on revenue generation targets and business growth objectives.
● Execute SaaS sales strategies tailored to client needs and industry demands.
● Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
● Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 3-6 years of proven experience in B2B sales within HRTech / SaaS.
● Must have successfully sold HRTech products to clients.
● Strong expertise in lead generation, SaaS sales cycles, and consultative selling.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to manage high-value accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
