In-House Perfumer

As a Perfumer , you will be the custodian of all things fragrance – from ideation to launch. You’ll develop and refine fragrances that delight consumers while ensuring supply chain robustness, cost-effectiveness, and performance excellence.
Develop unique fragrances aligned with brand DNA, consumer preferences, and regulatory standards. Partner with external fragrance houses while building in-house olfactive capability.
Track global/local fragrance trends and translate them into actionable product opportunities. Lead benchmarking and consumer testing.
Technical & Performance Inputs : Ensure fragrances meet performance standards across multiple product formats (body mists, shower gels, lotions, etc.) and collaborate with formulation, packaging, and R&D teams for stability & compatibility.
Build robust and diversified fragrance supply chains and identify cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
Regulatory & Compliance : Ensure compliance with IFRA and regional cosmetic regulations; Partner with marketing, design, and consumer research teams to translate fragrance ideas into winning launches.
Degree/Diploma in Perfumery, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or related field.
~4–8 years of hands-on experience in fragrance development (fragrance house or consumer brand); Strong creative and technical fragrance evaluation skills.
~ Knowledge of raw materials, fragrance formulation & regulatory frameworks (IFRA, EU, BIS).
~ Ability to balance creativity with commercial sensibility.
~ Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
~ Be the fragrance custodian of one of India’s fastest-growing personal care brands.
