What You’ll Do

DevOps & Infrastructure:

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows.
  • Deploy machine learning models in production environments using CI/CD practices.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

Data Analysis & Machine Learning:

  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Develop and fine-tune machine learning models for financial applications
  • Implement best practices in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Optimization & Model Tuning:

  • Optimize deep learning models for performance and accuracy.
  • Develop Novel Machine Learning Models.

Best Practices & Collaboration:

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.

Entrepreneurial Contribution:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation within the financial and data landscape.
  • Stay updated on trends in AI, machine learning, and financial markets to drive NordStern’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for innovation.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python , R , and version control tools like GitHub .
  • Expertise in visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau .
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch , Keras , or TensorFlow .
  • Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills for financial modeling.
  • A strong desire to learn and stay ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
