I am hiring candidates for the Skill set of JAMF_MAC Admin for TCS Delhi NCR location and looking ahead for experienced candidates of 4 to 6 years' experience in Mac/Jam F. The virtual Interview date is 30th October 2025 . The required Skillset includes the below points. JAMF Administration: Manage and administer JAMF Pro infrastructure, including servers, policies, configurations, and inventory. Application Packaging: Package, deploy, and manage mac OS and i OS applications using JAMF Pro, ensuring compatibility and compliance with organizational standards. Use BASH scripting wherever necessary. MAC OS Administration: Provide advanced technical support for mac OS endpoints, including troubleshooting, system configuration, software updates, and patch management. i OS Administration: Manage and support i OS devices within the organization, including device enrollment, configuration, security policies, and application deployment. Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts using BASH and workflows to automate routine tasks and streamline administration processes within the JAMF Pro environment. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices for mac OS and i OS devices, including encryption, firewall configuration, and compliance monitoring through JAMF Pro policies. User Support and Training: Provide L3-level support to end-users for mac OS and i OS-related issues, as well as conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower users to leverage technology effectively. Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to mac OS and i OS devices, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques and collaborating with other IT teams as needed. Capacity Planning and Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of JAMF Pro infrastructure and mac OS/i OS endpoints, anticipating capacity needs and implementing scalability solutions as required. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, and actively participate in knowledge sharing activities with team members.
