Accio Job is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee our instructor team, manage administrative operations, and drive placement outcomes for students in Parul University, Vadodara. Take ownership of technical and soft skill training to maximise placements. Manage and mentor instructors, ensuring high-quality teaching and engagement. Handle administration and operational management for courses and programs. Provide guidance on placements and help deliver successful placement outcomes. 2-3 years of experience in Ed Tech, education, or related fields. ~ Exposure to technical domains like Full Stack Development and AI. ~ Good command over English communication. ~ Prior experience in placement coordination and student career guidance. ~ Proven ability to manage teams and administrative operations effectively. ~ Be part of a fast-growing Ed Tech company making a real impact on students’ careers.
